Jessica Alba may insist she’s really a “dork,” but the “Fantastic Four” star still has the readers of FHM magazine drooling over her bodacious bod. Alba topped FHM’s 2007 “100 Sexiest Women in the World” poll, bumping last year’s winner, Scarlett Johansson down to third place.
“People think of me as just a sexy girl,” Alba told InStyle magazine, “but I’m really goofy - like, super goofy.”
Not that she doesn’t understand what makes men weak in the knees.
“I had womanly curves at a young age,” the former “Dark Angel” beauty adds. “Usually, kid actors are a few years older than the roles they play. I was two or three years younger.”
“American Idol” cutie Katherine McPhee- with a hot new look and hit self-titled debut album - came in second to Alba in the “Sexy” poll and Tom Brady [stats]’s Brazilian boo, Gisele Bundchen, shot up from her 2006 standing as the 83rd sexiest woman to steal the No. 4 slot from Jessica Simpson. South American at-risk youth from the streets of Cali, Colombia and Fortaleza, Brazil join high school students from local Brooklyn schools in a week-long cultural Exchange as part of the Seeds of Tolerance social awareness campaign "Dance for Tolerance." This campaign is sponsored by the Third Millennium Foundation, in collaboration with the AlvarAlice Foundation, from Cali, Colombia, the Edisca School of Dance from Fortaleza, Brazil and Dance Theater Etcetera from Brooklyn, NY.

These youngsters, once in rival street gangs, have created a dialogue using the vocabulary of dance as a form of conflict resolution, with particular emphasis on the concept of intolerance and how it may be overcome. They will have the opportunity to interact and share their experiences, addressing issues of discrimination and poverty and reflecting on how dancing can serve as a form of activism and self-transformation.

Guests to the fundraising event will be invited to learn to dance the rhythms of Salsa, Cumbia, Mambo, Merengue and more with young dancers from underprivileged communities of Cali, Colombia.

Nothing really official, but she and the other Angels taped the Christmas commercials earlier this year, and the VSFS will be taped in about two months, and the show will be on the 4th of December. They're also in LA again, at the Kodak Theater. When we have more news we'll post it It's been kind of quiet lately.

Today, my manager got a package from the Limited Brands for some manager conference . On the cover of the package there was a picture of Adriana wearing a Santa outfit. I think she is going to be the main model for the Sexy Little Thing Santa outfit this year. I guess we will have to wait a few more months for the confirmation

Adriana, along with the other VS Angels (minus Heidi) were at a Virgin Air launch yesterday, pictures are sort of trickling out, so some will be posted soon.

The Angels will once again be gracing the cover of GQ UK. Last year it was to be the May issue but was pushed back to June. We will post information as we get it. As of now, four of the angels are on the cover this year. But that may change (as it was supposed to be all of them last year and turned into a fold out!)

• For over 8 months, an international team of renowned designers and stylists worked to design and create the sexy runway looks worn by the 30 supermodels at the 2007 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
  
• The show included 15 corsets, show pieces and accessories that were embellished with CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements and made exclusively for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show by Australian jewelry designer Jenny Manik Mercian and took over 6 months to make.
  
• The lingerie, wings and scenery were embellished with more than 1 million CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements for the fashion show.
  
• Parisian shoe designer Christian Louboutin made 75 pairs of custom designed shoes and boots especially for the show.

• This year's show included 2 feather trains and 1 cape that were all over 10 feet in length and took over 3 months to create. All of these masterpieces were made of rare feathers.
  
• VS had to charter a DC-9 cargo plane and 63 foot line haul truck in order to ship the outfits, wings, shoes, makeup and wardrobe supplies from New York to Los Angeles for the show.
  
• Twenty-five cartons of Very Sexy Makeup were shipped from New York to LA to be used on the models for the show.
  
• Of course, the show would not be complete without shimmering, bronze, scented skin which is why the Victoria's Secret Bare Bronze Bronzing Booth was created exclusively for the show. Lingerie and Beauty brand will advertise on broadcast and host pre-Bowl party

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Victoria's Secret will advertise during FOX's broadcast of the National Football League's Super Bowl XLII airing on Sunday, February 3rd. The advertisement is part of the brand's Valentine's Day marketing efforts, which also include a pre-Bowl VIP party, the release of the What Is Sexy? 2008 list and the premiere of the "Victoria's Secret: What is Sexy? 2008" television special airing on E! Entertainment Television.

"Valentine's Day is an important holiday for the brand and with this year's Super Bowl being positioned so close to February 14th, we had a unique opportunity to use one of the year's highest rated television programs as a vehicle to launch our efforts surrounding Valentine's Day,"says Victoria's Secret Chief Marketing Officer Jill Beraud.

Victoria's Secret's BioFit collection will "officially" launch in stores and in the catalog on March 4th. The bra collection features personalized padding and shaping for each individual cup size. There might be a commercial for this collection--if yes, then it will most likely feature Karolina and Adriana. Also, there is a new VS Garden scent, Sweet Daydream. The scent has a blend of apples, raspberries, and vanilla. Adriana is featured in the marketing.
